How long does it take to receive my order?

We process your order once we receive confirmation through our system that payment has been placed. Your item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
Peak Seasons: Please allow a 2 week turn around on orders placed during peak seasons (unless otherwise specified during promotional period). Our Christmas Season runs from November - mid December. Please have your order placed by the 14th December to have your items dispatched before Christmas.


Once your item/s have been shipped you will receive an email notification with your unique tracking number. Items are sent via Australia Post or Sendle (unless otherwise notified). We do offer Express Shipping - your items will be sent within 2 business days of purchase.

*Please note that once your item/s have been collected it is no longer in our hands as to when they will be delivered to you. The general timeframe from pickup is 3-5 business days, however this is only a guide and is not a definite delivery time.

Sylvie and Lu will not be held liable for any damaged or lost products during or after shipment of the product/s. If the order received is not in good condition, is damaged or is lost during shipment, please contact the shipping company immediately as Sylvie and Lu are not responsible for your order once it has been shipped and any further correspondence is to be between yourself and the shipping company. 

 

 

If I change my mind can I get a refund?

We do not offer a refund for change of mind. In special circumstances we may offer a refund at our discretion, however if you change your mind we may offer an exchange on an item of equal or lesser value. Please see our refund policy for more information.
